Based in Hino City, Tokyo, Ikyan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ikyan") offers rental and sales services across various fields, including temporary construction materials and welfare equipment. Today, they provide comprehensive one-stop services ranging from scaffold drawing creation to material and installation work. When Aikyan undertakes scaffolding work, the process proceeds as follows.

While ① is handled by veteran staff, ②, ④, and ⑤ are managed by young sales representatives, and ③ is handled by an internal staff member in charge of drawing production. At Aiken Co., Ltd., communication among employees has primarily centered on face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and sharing photos, but they had been searching for smoother and more efficient methods. Additionally, to ensure the thorough development of junior employees, they were considering the implementation of more effective training methods.

Mr. Yamazaki from I-Can personally witnessed general contractors using remote site inspection systems to conduct site surveys, safety patrols, and construction meetings.
Feeling that this approach could also be applied to solve his own company's challenges, he began gathering information on remote communication using remote site inspection systems.
