[Construction DX] Recommended! Remote Site Inspection System
To help solve challenges facing construction sites, such as the "2024 Problem," ACT-ONE Yamaiichi began offering a "remote presence system" in October 2023 to promote digital transformation (DX) at construction sites.
Following the earlier release of “GENBA-Remote,” three new models—“N-POKE,” “CX-WE100,” and “CX-WE500”—have been added to the lineup.

What is remote site management?
Remote on-site support refers to conducting "progress checks," "equipment checks," and "meetings" for a job site from a remote location via the web, utilizing video and audio captured by video recording cameras.
As these initiatives lead to improved productivity and remote operations, the government is also actively promoting them. In fiscal 2022, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism announced that it would begin implementing them on a full-scale basis.

Remote site monitoring offers two major advantages.
- Reduction of waiting time for step-by-step confirmation and simplification of confirmation documents (= construction contractor side)
- Effective time utilization through reduction of site visits (= for project owners/clients)
In addition, there are various other applications beyond the original intended uses, such as conducting remote safety patrols and supporting staff development by having veterans remotely assist with inquiries from young workers on-site.
