1964年(昭和39年) Noboru Watanabe founded Yamaichi Sangyo, a private store, for the purpose of renting machinery and equipment.
We provide double rental (wholesale rental) of temporary construction equipment to people in the same industry.

1971年(昭和46年) Established Yamaichi Temporary Construction Co., Ltd.
1974年(昭和49年) The wooden scaffolding division was spun off and established as Yamaichi Forestry Co., Ltd.
1978年(昭和53年) Established Yamaichi Sangyo Co., Ltd. for the purpose of selling used equipment.
1986年(昭和61年) Separated the housing division and established Yamaichi Container Co., Ltd.
1994 (Heisei 6) In response to customer requests, Yamaichi Temporary Construction Co., Ltd. will absorb the three group companies for the purpose of integrating and improving management efficiency, making a new start.
Noboru Watanabe became President Chairman and Kenzo Watanabe became President President.

1996 (Heisei 8) Launched new business system "Renew 21" by introducing LAN.
1997 (Heisei 9) Changed company name to ACT-ONE Yamaichi Co., Ltd.
2000年(平成12年) Opened Nagoya office and equipment center.
2001年(平成13年) Migrated the business system "Renew 21" to the business system "Actos".
2002年(平成14年) Kawasaki sales office and equipment center opened.
2004年(平成16年) Urayasu sales office and equipment center opened. Toda sales office and equipment center opened.
House business abolished.
2005年(平成17年) The head office building was moved from Higashiosaka City to Nishi-ku, Osaka City.
2006年(平成18年) Kobe sales office and equipment center opened
2007年(平成19年) Kawasaki sales office and equipment center relocated.
Tama sales office and equipment center opened.
Opened Osaka office and equipment center.
General temporary equipment business and one-sided business were abolished.
2009年(平成21年) Toda sales office and equipment center relocated.
Opened Hirakata Equipment Center.
2011年(平成23年) Head office building moved from Nishi-ku, Osaka to Kita-ku, Osaka.
Urayasu sales office and equipment center relocated.
2012年(平成24年) Migrated the business system "Actos" to the new business system "Links".
Sendai sales office and equipment center opened.
2013年(平成25年) Act-ACT-ONE Holdings Co., Ltd. was established as a holding company that will serve as the control tower for the group, with an eye on partnering with other companies for future business development.
As a result of the stock transfer, our company will become a 100% subsidiary of ACT-ONE Holdings Co., Ltd.
2014年(平成26年) Celebrating 50th anniversary of founding.
Changed Tama Sales Office to Tama Equipment Center.
2015年(平成27年) Tama Kizai Center relocated and renamed Sagamihara Kizai Center.
2016年(平成28年) The Kobe sales office and equipment center were relocated to Nada Ward, Kobe City.
Moved the Osaka sales office and equipment center to Taisho Ward, Osaka City.
2017年(平成29年) In order to achieve further growth in the future, our company will merge with Act One ACT-ONE Co., Ltd. and CCH6B Co., Ltd. and become the new ACT-ONE Yamaichi Co., Ltd.
Opened Hiroshima sales office and equipment center.
Osaka office was renamed Kansai office.
Changed Kobe Sales Office to Kobe Equipment Center.
2018年(平成30年) Opened Utsunomiya Equipment Center.
Morioka Equipment Center opened.
2019 (Reiwa first year) Kanazawa Equipment Center opened.
Kakegawa Equipment Center opened.
Opened Fukuoka sales office and equipment center.
2020 (Reiwa 2) Established the "Metropolitan Area Business Division" in Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Ordering and placing operations in the Kanto region were consolidated into the "Metropolitan Area Business Division."
Changed Toda Sales Office to Toda Equipment Center.
Changed Urayasu Sales Office to Urayasu Kizai Center.
Changed Kawasaki Sales Office to Kawasaki Equipment Center.
Iwaki Equipment Center opened.
2021 (Reiwa 3) Opened Sapporo sales office and equipment center.
2022 (Reiwa 4) Kenzo Watanabe resigns as President president, Koji Yamada becomes president of President
2023 (Reiwa 5) Kumamoto Equipment Center opened.
Kishiwada Maintenance Center opened.
