Message from the President

We contribute to society through our
wholesale rental business of environmentally friendly temporary construction equipment.

President Koji Yamada

Temporary materials essential for construction site safety

ACT-ONE Yamaichi was founded in Osaka in 1964 as a wholesale rental company that rents out temporary construction equipment to construction equipment and temporary equipment rental companies.
Our company provides our customers with a rental service of what, when, and where they need it, offering approximately 400 types of equipment.
In order to provide safe equipment to our customers, we have 17 equipment centers throughout Japan, and each piece of equipment is stored indoors and carefully maintained (high-pressure cleaning, repairs, etc.) according to the Scaffolding and Construction Equipment Association of Japan and our own standards.

Improve products together with manufacturers

We are also actively working to improve rental equipment and develop new equipment in cooperation with manufacturers by listening to the needs of construction sites from our customers and providing feedback to manufacturers.
In recent years, construction sites have experienced a severe labor shortage due to the declining birthrate and aging population, and the need for safety, weight reduction, and efficiency is increasing. As such, we are actively developing new equipment, including our own original equipment, such as indoor scaffolding, dollies, and ladders.

On the other hand, SDGs and the shift to sustainable business have become urgent issues in the construction industry in recent years. Our wholesale rental business reduces resource and energy consumption by ensuring our equipment can be used safely for as long as possible through our in-house maintenance system after customers return their rented equipment. We recognize this as a business model that "values things" and directly leads to waste reduction.

We will continue to contribute to society by developing new equipment that meets the needs of construction sites by refining and evolving our wholesale rental business model, which contributes to the sustainability of the global environment.
To this end, all of our employees will put the customer first through "good work" (doing things that make customers happy, making co-workers happy, and being creative).
