At ACT-ONE One Yamaichi, we regularly hold equipment training sessions as part of our efforts to improve our services.
This time, we will introduce the equipment briefing session held on June 17, 2025, at ACT-ONE One Yamaichi Taisho Equipment Center for Okumura Machinery Co., Ltd.

This time, we had 14 participants, and we split into two groups for a tour of the facility and an explanation of the equipment.

—What were your impressions of the information session, and what did you find positive?

Many of the inquiries we receive are about products we frequently arrange, and our knowledge of those products had become somewhat limited. However, attending this information session allowed me to expand my knowledge of products I hadn't used before and new products, which was very beneficial.

—How do you think you can apply what you learned at the information session to your actual sales activities and work?

Temporary construction materials are absolutely essential products in our sales activities, so we want to utilize them as a means of approaching customers in various ways, not only in on-site sales but also in sales to offices. In addition, accompanying Act One Yamaichi on ACT-ONE-site visits was very meaningful, as it allowed us to build a cooperative relationship in our sales activities.

This information session was only for a portion of our company, but I would definitely like to participate again if there is another opportunity.
