[Construction DX] Case Study: Outdoor Digital Signage

Act One Yamaiichi began offering the "SG-MPV65K Outdoor Digital Signage" in March 2026.
We would like to share some testimonials from customers who have adopted this product.

■Customer Testimonials

Mr. Yoshizawa, Sales Manager, Aishin Lease Co., Ltd.

Aishin Lease Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Aishin Lease”) is a company based in Hokkaido that specializes in the rental and resale of used items, primarily including modular homes, prefabricated structures, portable toilets, and office supplies.
Every day, they strive to provide solutions tailored to their customers’ needs from the customers’ perspective.

■Overview of the Site and Background of the Implementation

Aishin Lease’s client in this case is a user that is extensively involved in public works projects, primarily in Sapporo.

This customer began implementing DX products, such as site monitoring cameras, at their worksites two years ago. Since then, they have continued to seek out products with strong technical appeal to propose to clients, such as city governments.

The current project involves exterior renovation work at a school in Sapporo. Although we are still in the initial construction phase, scaffolding will be erected around the entire building during the project to allow for work such as roof waterproofing and paint renovation.

"We want to be able to view the footage from the progress-monitoring camera installed on the rooftop right in front of the site office." That was the starting point for our consideration of outdoor digital signage.

Aishin Lease and its customers took notice of the “SG-MPV65K Outdoor Digital Signage” that we exhibited at the “Hokkaido Civil Engineering and Construction Future Technology Expo 2026.” After the exhibition, they visited the Rentacom Hokkaido showroom—the manufacturer of this signage—to inspect the actual unit, and subsequently decided to adopt it.
