We received a certificate of appreciation from the Ministry of Defense's Nara Provincial Cooperation Office, recognizing our employee's disaster relief efforts in the disaster-stricken areas as a ready reserve Self-Defense Force member following the Noto Peninsula Earthquake late last year, as well as our ongoing commitment to employing and supporting the duties of ready reserve personnel.

　

Supporting disaster recovery as reserve Self-Defense Force personnel

The Noto Peninsula Earthquake that occurred on January 1, 2024, caused extensive and severe damage.
Following the earthquake, one of our employees, who serves as a reserve Self-Defense Force member, received a mobilization order and engaged in living support activities for the recovery of the disaster-stricken area.

In disaster-affected areas, we played a part in recovery primarily through relief supply transport, striving to be a source of support for local communities and people's lives amidst the harsh conditions following the earthquake.

Furthermore, rather than simply delivering supplies, there was a demand for a supportive approach where we could interact with residents and support each other hand in hand.
