ACT-ONE Yamaichi participated in a three-company joint roundtable discussion hosted by Takamiya Co., Ltd. on Friday, January 31, 2025.

This time, we were invited to the Takamiya.LabWEST collaboration studio.

The roundtable discussion was divided into two parts, with the themes of "women's participation in the workforce" and "young people's participation in the workforce."

This time, a report on female participation in the workforce was released. *The report on young people's participation in the workforce will be released soon.

By participating in this roundtable discussion and directly exchanging opinions with women who are active in different environments, I was able to gain many insights and learn a lot.

ACT-ONE Yamaichi will continue to strive to create a workplace where everyone can thrive, regardless of gender.
