Remote presence system delivery example 3: Mobile camera: Techno Co., Ltd. Chiba branch [Construction DX]
ACT-ONE Yamaichi began renting construction digital transformation-related products in October 2023, and as of December 2024, it handles nine products, including a remote presence system.
We would like to introduce the testimonials of our customers who have adopted our products.

Techno Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Techno), which rents, repairs, and sells construction demolition equipment, has five Locations in the Kanto region.
Many of our machines, including 100-ton class large demolition machines, are in use at various sites, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
■ ACT-ONE How did you come to work with Yamachi?
Techno receives a request from a user requesting that they "provide cameras that can be used for security purposes at demolition sites at night and on holidays."
Recently, there has been an increase in incidents of machines and materials being stolen from construction sites.
In particular, there is little foot traffic at demolition sites or preparation sites, and they are often unmanned, so we are receiving an increasing number of inquiries for crime prevention purposes.
The site in this case was also a demolition site for a factory facility along a main road with little residential or pedestrian traffic.
Users listed the following three features as their desired features:
1. The system can send an alarm to intruders on-site.
2. If an intrusion is detected, the administrator is notified immediately.
3. The device can be set to operate only on holidays and at night, and not during the day on weekdays.
A representative from ACT-ONE Yamaichi introduced the "M-Cube AI Type" to Techno.
Techno explained the product to the user, and the product was adopted.

The features and advantages of the "M-Cube AI Type" are as follows:
① Target identification using AI cameras ⇒ Birds and animals are excluded, and only people, cars, and motorcycles are detected with high accuracy
② After installation, you can set the detection area and pattern individually ⇒ Realize the optimal crime prevention settings for each scene
3. Triggers an alarm with light and sound, and sends an email with a photo to the administrator. ⇒ Double crime prevention measures with an on-site alarm and a notification to the administrator.
Since the site did not have access to power this time, the optional "battery box and solar panel kit" was also adopted.
