Message from the President

We contribute to society through our
wholesale rental business of environmentally friendly temporary construction equipment.

ACT-ONE Yamaichi was founded in Osaka in 1964 as a wholesale rental company that rents out temporary construction equipment to construction machinery and temporary structure rental companies.
We offer our customers a rental service of over 680 types of equipment, allowing them to "rent what they need" when and where they need it.
In order to provide our customers with safe equipment, we have established equipment centers in 20 Locations across the country. We store all equipment indoors and perform thorough maintenance (high-pressure cleaning, repairs, etc.) in accordance with the Temporary Construction Industry Association and our own standards.

We also listen to the needs of our customers at construction sites and provide feedback to manufacturers, thereby proactively working to improve rental equipment and develop new equipment in cooperation with manufacturers.
In recent years, construction sites have been facing a serious labor shortage due to the declining birthrate and aging population, which has led to an increased need not only for safety but also for lightweight and efficient construction. In order to meet the needs of such construction sites, we are developing new equipment, including our own original equipment, such as indoor scaffolding, carts, and lifting devices.

On the other hand, SDGs and the shift to sustainable business have become urgent issues in the construction industry in recent years. Our wholesale rental business reduces resource and energy consumption by ensuring our equipment can be used safely for as long as possible through our in-house maintenance system after customers return their rented equipment. We recognize this as a business model that "values things" and directly leads to waste reduction.

We will continue to contribute to society by developing new equipment that meets the needs of construction sites by refining and evolving our wholesale rental business model, which contributes to the sustainability of the global environment.
To this end, all of our employees will put the customer first through "good work" (doing things that make customers happy, making co-workers happy, and being creative).
